About Roxana

Roxana is a passionate Executive Coach and Talent Management Consultant with a long history of helping executives and their organizations drive results around the world.

Her 16 years of experience in strategic Human Resources (HR) across 11 different countries has provided her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of doing business globally and how to translate business challenges into effective HR strategies and solutions. She has advised, coached, and partnered with executives at the functional, divisional, country, regional, and global level, helping them get the most out of themselves and their people.

As a Senior HR Leader at Boston Scientific, one of the world’s leading medical device companies, Roxana had the privilege of serving as a member of the senior leadership team of a dynamic, fast-growing business division. Partnering with the division’s president and other senior leaders, Roxana helped transform the unit’s approach to HR, leadership, accountability, and talent management and development, enabling the organization to build the strategies, structures, employee engagement, and broader culture that it needed to reignite growth.

Roxana completed an Ontological Coaching Certification Program and is certified as a coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She served for many years as a member of Boston Scientific’s internal cadre of executive coaches, working with executives on a variety of personal development and leadership challenges.

Roxana is fluent in both English and Spanish and can provide her services in either language.
